Return & Exchange Policy

Here’s the deal, rad ones:

  • You’ve got 5 days max from the moment you get your radical product to request a return, refund, or size swap.
  • Our courier doesn’t allow package opening on delivery. Yeah, it’s a bummer, but no worries—we’ve got your back. If something’s off, just hit us up within the return window, and we’ll sort it out.

How to return/exchange:

  • DM us or shoot us an email.
  • For orders in Cairo returns and exchanges happen at our 1st Settlement office. No courier returns here—those are only for orders outside Cairo.
  • For orders outside Cairo: you’ll need to cover shipping fees to return the item. If you’re swapping sizes, you’ll pay for both the return and the new item’s delivery.

Important stuff to note:

  • Returns/exchanges only work if the item is new, unused, unwashed, and still rocking its tags.
  • No tags or the item’s been worn? Sorry, but we can’t process it.
  • Exchange and returns are only allowed as long as the products are still in stock.
