Our courier doesn’t allow package opening on delivery. Yeah, it’s a bummer, but no worries—we’ve got your back. If something’s off, just hit us up within the return window, and we’ll sort it out.

How to return/exchange:

For orders in Cairo returns and exchanges happen at our 1st Settlement office. No courier returns here—those are only for orders outside Cairo.

For orders outside Cairo: you’ll need to cover shipping fees to return the item. If you’re swapping sizes, you’ll pay for both the return and the new item’s delivery.

Important stuff to note:

Returns/exchanges only work if the item is new, unused, unwashed, and still rocking its tags.

No tags or the item’s been worn? Sorry, but we can’t process it.

Exchange and returns are only allowed as long as the products are still in stock.
